Scottsdale
Your Arizona adventure kicks off in Scottsdale, where you'll walk through Old Scottsdale and check out the retro wooden buildings, rodeo-themed artwork, and local shops that capture that classic Southwestern character. Tonight you'll head to dinner with the other travelers on the tour.

- Day 2
Sedona to Grand Canyon
You'll drive through Red Rock Country on the Red Rock Scenic Byway, stopping in Sedona to browse shops and galleries before heading through Oak Creek Canyon in Coconino National Forest (this route ranks among America's top scenic drives). Once you reach the Grand Canyon South Rim, Canyon Tim will guide you through the canyon's geology, rock formations, and wildlife. Flightseeing tours are available if you want to add that on.

- Day 3
Grand Canyon to Monument Valley to Page
There's an optional sunrise viewing over the Grand Canyon from the lodge if you're up early. You'll then travel along South Rim Desert View Drive and visit Cameron Trading Post, one of Arizona's oldest general stores. After that, Navajo Local Experts lead you through Monument Valley Tribal Park to explore Navajo Nation history and culture, followed by a Navajo cookout among the buttes and mesas. Later you'll relax at the lakefront resort before dinner with wine and Lake Powell views.

This day is yours to spend however you like. Relax by the resort pool overlooking Lake Powell, or choose optional activities instead. Morning brings an optional gentle float down the Colorado River past Horseshoe Bend and Petroglyph Beach if that appeals to you. By evening, head to Red Heritage, a Navajo-owned performing arts theater, where local tribal members perform pow wow dances, flute music, and live drums while you have dinner and drinks.

Page to Bryce Canyon
You'll travel across wide-open landscape with colorful sandstone cliffs, sagebrush flats, and ridges with pinon pine and juniper. Scenic Highway 89 through Bryce Canyon Country is known as one of the world's top drives. Once at Bryce Canyon National Park, you'll explore the red rock hoodoos, pink cliffs, and vast views. You can walk the Rim Trail from Surprise Point to Bryce Point with stops at major viewpoints, plus time for a leisurely stroll at Sunset Point or a more challenging hike down into the canyon.

You'll start with a relaxed morning and leisurely breakfast before heading to Zion National Park. A privately chartered open-air vehicle with a Local Expert providing live commentary takes you through the canyon. You can either join the Travel Director for a guided hike to Emerald Pools or take a self-guided walk along the Virgin River Trail while looking for wildlife.

Zion to Salt Lake City
You'll say goodbye to the national parks and your fellow travelers this morning and transfer to Salt Lake City International Airport, arriving around 3:00 PM. If you'd rather extend your time, a transfer to Sheraton Salt Lake City hotel is available.
