You can book flights on same day of your departure date to avail our complimentary arrival and departure transfer. Complimentary arrival transfers depart Vienna International Airport (VIE) at 10:00 and 13:30 on the first day of the tour.

in order to assist you with Visa Documents we would need you to book a tour with us and pay your booking in full in order for us to release Visa documents. if the desired Travel date is more than 90 days away, we require a non-refundable deposit payment. if the departure date is within 90 days from the current date, we require full payment. we do not assist with Visa applications. before Final Payment Date - Deposit charge. Final Payment Date until 30 days before departure - 50% cancellation fees. 29 days - 2 days before departure - 80% cancellation fees. 1 day before or day of departure - 100% cancellation fees
