The tour manager, Cookie, and the guide, Cristiano, were wonderful! They were very accommodating, they added a few things to the itinerary that we requested. They were friendly and informative. The most memorable experience for me was seeing Carlo Acutis' tomb. It was not on the itinerary, but our pilgrim leader requested it when we went to Assisi I found it very moving.

2025 Jubilee was a once in a lifetime tour. We were able to see (I to ink) EVERYTHING (except Pope Francis of course). Our tour guide Giampaolo was excellent. He did his absolute best to keep us informed, on track, and knowledgeable about what we were seeing. You never had to guess what was happening next. He also employed additional guides to assist us that were TOP TIER (Fedora, Cristobal, and his brother, sorry I lost his name). All three were exceptional. Even our bus driver (Daniola?) was exceptional. So polite and always made sure to assist you on and off the bus. Just wonderful.
