Itinerary
- Day 1
Delhi
A driver picks you up from Delhi Airport, your hotel, or railway station at 9 am to start exploring the city. You'll walk through Old Delhi with a guide, checking out Red Fort and Jama Masjid before hopping on a rickshaw to navigate the crowded streets of Chandni Chowk market. After that, you'll drive past Rajghat and India Gate, then see President's House and Parliament House from the car. Before heading to your hotel for the night, you'll visit Qutub Minar, a UNESCO site with centuries of history. It's a full introduction to Delhi's mix of old and new architecture.

- Day 2
Delhi to Agra
After breakfast, the drive to Agra takes about 3 to 4 hours on the expressway. Once you arrive and check into your hotel, a guide meets you to begin exploring. You'll go through Agra Fort, which was once home to Mughal rulers, then head across the Yamuna River to Mehtab Bagh, a garden complex that's particularly popular in late afternoon when photographers gather to catch the light. You'll spend the night in Agra.

- Day 3
Agra to Bharatpur
Your guide meets you at 5:45 am for a sunrise visit to Taj Mahal, then you'll return to clean up and have breakfast. After checking out, you drive toward Bharatpur but stop at Fatehpur Sikri on the way, a medieval city built by Emperor Akbar that feels frozen in time. You'll walk through Darbar-e-Aam, see the palaces, check out Panch Mahal, and visit Tansen Seat before heading to Bharatpur for the night. It's a long day but you cover a lot of history.

Bharatpur to Ranthambore
Following breakfast, you'll take a rickshaw through Keoladeo Ghana National Park, also called Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, where you can see migratory birds that travel from Siberia and Central Asia along with local species. It's one of the world's better bird sanctuaries if you're interested in that kind of thing. After that, you drive about 5 hours to Ranthambore and settle into your hotel for the night.

- Day 5
Ranthambore
Your first safari starts at 6:30 am when the wildlife is most active, giving you chances to spot tigers, sloth bears, Indian leopards, and other animals. You'll return to the hotel for breakfast and rest during the heat of the day. After lunch, there's another safari in the afternoon to continue looking for wildlife. The evening is free to relax at your hotel, and you'll stay in Ranthambore another night.

Ranthambore to Jaipur
The drive to Jaipur takes you through Rajasthan's landscape. Along the way, you'll stop at Monkey Temple, or Galta Ji, which sits in the hills just outside Jaipur. The temple draws pilgrims because of its natural springs and historic structures, and you'll see the local monkey population living there. Then you continue on to Jaipur, the state capital, which has quite a different energy from what you've seen so far.

- Day 7
Jaipur
With your guide after breakfast, you'll explore Jaipur's main sights. Amber Fort has a sprawling palace complex with multiple courtyards worth your time, and you'll stop at Jal Mahal for photos, which sits in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. From there, you'll walk through City Palace, which contains both Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal, then see Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO site known for its large stone sundial. The day ends with a quick photo stop at Hawa Mahal before returning to your hotel.

- Day 8
Jaipur to Delhi
After breakfast, your driver takes you 270 km back to Delhi, which takes about 5 to 6 hours depending on traffic. You'll be dropped at Delhi Airport, and your tour comes to an end. It's been a solid week covering the Golden Triangle route plus the wildlife and bird watching additions.
