Everything went well. Our driver Mahipal made us feel very comfortable from the first to the last day. Mahipal is a friendly and very good and safe driver. And thank you very much for the rooms we booked in the well-chosen hotels.

The one thing that saved this trip was the driver, Mr Kumar. Not only was he a good driver, but he was friendly and took an interest in my welfare. The Dehli tour did not take me to the red fort, nor the India Gate. The staff at Amritsar did not have my itiniary and did not answer their landline contact numbers. I was sent to the flag ceremony at the border with no English guide and the whole thing was in either Hindi or Punjabi. It was one of the few times when I would have benefited from an english speaking guide. My guide the next day for the golden temple indicated that normally he would have taken me to the border ceremony so it was a failed service. I was supposed to visit the Golden Temple first thing, but instead was taken there mid morning and spent 3 hrs in a que to get to see inside the golden temple building. Worse was my reception at the hotel. The reservation desk informed me that my room had not been paid for. Phone calls were needed to sort it out. next morning I was told that my breakfast was not paid for. A few more phone calls to sort that out. The guide in Agra, 'Nash' had limited mobility so I think my tour of the Agra Fort seemed to be curtailed. At the Taj Mahal, we sat and he explained the situation I was then able to explore the site on my own.
The visit to Jaipur occurred on the day of Holi Festival. Everything was closed. I was not informed of this by the tour company when I booked, or even after I arrived in India. I would have been left in a hotel away from the action, but my driver took pity on me and organised an invite to a private party.

My experience with WTX was mixed. I booked a tour to Golden Triangle with Amritsar. Positive: My driver Narender is very kind, friendly, helpful and overall a very professional driver I felt safe with him at any moment. I warmly recommend to ask for him on your tour. The trip was very well organized, well prepared and the communication was top. The manager was accessible for any concerns during the trip. He reacted very quick on my demands and startet reorganizing things. The guides were skilled and explained everything very well. They were flexible on change of program.
The point I was not happy with is the hotels. Out of seven nights only one hotel (Amritsar) was as described in the program: in the city center, good standard, good breakfast. Two of the hotels did not provide hot water and did not meet the 3star standard I booked. In Agra they first offered me a room without window and only after complaining they changed this. The hotel definitely was not in the city center. The hotel in Jaipur is a good hotel but located on the outskirts of the town at a busy highway. I had the feeling, I'll have to discuss every night to get the standard I booked, which is annoying for me and the people around.
I booked a group tour and ended up in a private tour. The three couples I was informed were in my group „wanted to have a private tour“ - and no one informed me about that change. It’s mainly the hotel issue that was so annoying that makes my evaluation only a three star. If the hotels had been matching, the experience would have been just perfect.

It was our 1st trip to India and all thanks to this World Travel Experiences team must say it was the TRIP OF A LIFETIME!!! I recommend WTX if you want to travel to India. Our agent Mr Mohit, planned out a custom itinerary that took us from Delhi to Amritsar. We then went to Amritsar, and were astonished to see the beautiful Golden temple, between the shimmering waters. We trusted WTX for the selection of the hotels, guides, events and transports and everything was absolutely PERFECT. The personal guides that our agent had for us were the BEST. They were so knowledgeable, friendly, and they made us feel very special. We stayed in beautiful, boutique hotels that were in excellent locations in each city. It was a great trip.

Few things command more respect than hard work, integrity, and dedication. These are among the many attributes we experienced from start to finish with World travel experiences when organizing our trip to India. This travel agent is an excellent listener and pays attention to detail.
Although our itinerary took us to 4 cities our agent managed to coordinate every aspect of our tour. The choice of guide was perfect for us. The drivers were all skilled and reliable and the vehicles were always clean and stocked with water, sanitized wipes and in some cases snacks for us to enjoy. Safety was never a concern.
Our agent's recommendations for hotels and accommodations were spot on and the restaurant and food choices for us were extraordinary.
We could not be more pleased with every component of our tour to India and must give this agent, and the tour company, the highest marks possible. Thank you!!!
