    Absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr viele schöne Erlebnisse. Sehr bemühte und freundliche Reiseleiter. Im Großen und Ganzen hat alles super geklappt, ausgenommen 2x Abholung in Kambodscha, aber: unser Ansprechpartner war stets bemüht die Lage bzw. Situation zu lösen. Ein großes Dankeschön von uns.     What time does the tour start on the first day and how and where can I join the tour?

      On the first day, if you need airport pick-up, we can arrange pick-up form the airport at the cost USD 22. Then the driver will transfer you to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and you can start the trip right after that. Or if possible, you can arrive one day earlier and start the first day of the tour the next day. In that case you will need an extra night in Hanoi at USD 55 / per night.

    Is it possible to get a private cabin for a couple travelling together?

      For the night train, there are only cabins for 4 people. If you want a private cabin, you need to pay the extra of the other 2 people. The cost will be USD 120 totally which can be a little expensive.

    What is the average age of travellers and what proportion of tours are solos?

      The average age of travelers is from 30 - 50. And I am not sure what the proportion of the tours are solo. And sometimes, some people will have different travel route which means you will not meet them for the whole trip

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before September 10th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 10th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Conical Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
