- Day 1RomeYour Globus Local Host meets you at the hotel between 5pm and 7pm, so you'll have the afternoon to get settled in. After checking in, the city's yours to wander around at your own pace and get oriented. If you're interested, there's an optional four-course dinner at an elegant restaurant, which sits nicely near the Pantheon and Piazza Navona if you want to combine dinner with some evening exploring. - Day 2RomeYour local guide takes you through Rome's main sights starting with a walking tour covering Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona. From there, you'll head to Vatican City to see St. Peter's Square and St. Peter's Basilica. Later in the day, there's an optional eBike tour available if you want to cover more ground around ancient sites like the Colosseum and Circus Maximus. - Meals

- Day 3RomeYou've got the full day to yourself in Rome. Some people head to the Spanish Steps or Piazza del Popolo for some casual wandering around. If cooking interests you, there's an optional interactive class held in a 17th-century palazzo where a professional chef teaches pizza and gelato making, and then you'll eat what you've made. - Meals

- Day 4Rome to FlorenceYou'll take a high-speed train to Florence in the morning, then your local guide walks you through the city's highlights, starting at Piazza del Duomo and moving through Piazza della Signoria with all its sculptures. Next, you'll see Santa Croce Square and cross the medieval Ponte Vecchio bridge that spans the Arno River. For dinner, there's an optional Steak Florentine experience that includes dessert and unlimited wine, beer, or soft drinks. - Meals

There's also an optional excursion to San Gimignano, a medieval town outside the city, where you can do wine and specialties tasting at a local vineyard. - Meals
