Ho Chi Minh City
You'll land at Tan Son Nhat International Airport and connect with your driver in the lobby. From there, it's a straightforward transfer to your hotel where you can check in and settle in at whatever pace feels right.

Ho Chi Minh City
Start exploring Ho Chi Minh City's colonial district along Dong Khoi Street, where you'll see beautifully restored French architecture throughout. The Notre Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office are right there to check out, and grabbing local street coffee gives you a real sense of daily life. Spend time at the War Remnants Museum, then head into Chinatown to see Thien Hau Pagoda. The FITO Museum offers insight into traditional Vietnamese medicine practices if you want to round out the day.

Mekong Delta
It's about a 1.5 hour drive to Ben Tre, where the Mekong Delta opens up. On the water, you'll experience the Cai Be floating market by boat and navigate through small canals to observe how local people live along the river. An Binh Island is where you'll stop for lunch, and afterward you can walk through orchards while hearing traditional music. Local workshops show you how rice paper and coconut candies are made, and there's the option to cycle through village roads. Before heading back to Ho Chi Minh City, you'll see brick kilns with pottery demonstrations in action.

Ho Chi Minh City to Hoi An
You'll transfer to the airport for your domestic flight down to Da Nang. Once you arrive, your driver takes you to your hotel in Hoi An for check-in. The rest of the day is open for you to wander around and get oriented however you like.

Hoi An
This is your day to move at your own pace in Hoi An. Renting a bicycle from the hotel works well if you want to pedal toward the beach or along the riverside. You can relax at cafes drinking fresh fruit drinks and take a swim in the warm sea. A tailor shop visit is there if you're interested in getting something custom made. As evening comes around, the Old Town lights up with colorful lanterns, and street performances add energy to the atmosphere.

Hoi An Countryside & Organic Farm
After breakfast, you'll head out to Vong Nhi village and cycle through countryside dotted with coconut forests, prawn farms, red snapper ponds, and rice fields. At Thanh Dong organic farm you learn how sustainable farming works and can pitch in with some gardening activities. Then you take a basket boat down the Do River toward The Field Restaurant where a short cooking class teaches you to prepare Vietnamese family-style lunch. You'll eat what you made, which beats just ordering from a menu.
