We like this 10-day tour and have a few questions: 1) How would the hotel accommodation work for the third person? How much would it be for a single room? 2) Are entry fees to any of the sites included in the tour fare? 3) Do you still have availability for 3 persons on this departure date?
Victor Tours DMC Operator•Written June 2025three adult persons should go to one double and one single room. The supplement for a single room is 487 EUR. So, the total price for your family would be 2 x 2,238 EUR + 1 x 2,725 EUR = 7,201 EUR. Yes, the entrance fees are included in the price. Yes, we still have availability for three persons for July 06th.

If you want, once you book the tour, send us an email that you want the extra night, we will book the hotel accordingly, and then you can pay for the extra night once you land in Belgrade.

I also do not see the option of booking a single room for the 4 of us. In addition to that, do you also charge the same price for kids that little?

The tour is not too demanding physically-wise, that's for sure. There's no too much walking, no climbing, etc... Kids that are 2-12 years old get a 50% discount, meaning to that in your case, you would pay 3 full prices. As for the room, it would be a triple room (usually one double bed + one single bed).

Traveler•Written May 2025As long as it is not too demanding physically, we should be good. We will be bringing a baby carrier and a stroller mostly so that should help a little. Also, my younger kid will not be 2 years, there was no option between 1 and 2 years, she will be 23 months though, will she still be charged at half price? We'll probably have to carry our travel crib unless there is a provision for a crib at the hotel.

If your younger child is not full two years old on the day the tour starts, you don't have to pay anything; the kid will go free of charge. Yes, both kids will have their seats, you will not have to carry them in your lap.

yes, you can book extra nights with us, prior to the start of the tour, and after the end of the tour as well. The price is 55 EUR per person/ per night, in a double or twin room. October could easily be one of the nicest months to visit the Balkans, with sunny days and nights pleasent for sleep. On the other hand, sometimes it can be rainy. But for sure, it will not be cold.

Yes, the single rooms are available, but with a supplement. If you are traveling alone, you will book the single room option. Yes, you can extend your stay in Sarajevo. Instead of having one night in Sarajevo and then one night in Belgrade, you can have two nights in Sarajevo, with the same price. Your departure transfer will still be included, in this case to the Sarajevo airport instead of to Belgrade airport, as in original itinerary.
