They provided a link to the Vietnam Fun Tours so that some concerns and questions were handled well and speedily by Evelyn the tour salesperson. All of the guides were well informed, prompt and spoke good English. They also provided water as the outdoor temperatures were unusually high for that time of year. The hotels were also very good and they provided a full breakfast on both European and Asian foods.
