The hotels were lovely - particularly the hotel in Hanoi who went above and beyond for us. The only let down for this tour is communication. The paperwork states that it will be confirmed the day before what time collection would be - this did not happen unless I text and asked myself. This did lead to an error in our collection time for our onward flight.
