Great food, equipment and tents on our 6 day climb to Kilimanjaro. Its a really tough climb and on the last day we would not have got there without the support and encouragement of our excellent guides. As part of the package we stayed at the excellent Kilimanjaro Wonders Hotel (see its own review). - paul· January 20th, 2023AMAZING!! Could not have asked for a better group of guides than Mtey, Masu and Bruno and the awesome porters as well. So excited that our group of 6 all made it up together and just as the sun was rising. The many environments you pass along the way on this route make it both interesting as well as beautiful. Food was great, guides were knowledgeable and helpful. We made it to the summit on my 30th birthday and when we got back down they had a cake waiting for me!!! Great experience and trip. Kilimanjaro via the 6-day marangu route to give us the most time to acclimate to the altitude, since neither of us had been at extreme altitude before. We also wanted to use a Tanzanian company and Click Expedition was a terrific choice. Brian, the owner, was on top of every detail and was very helpful answering questions via email very promptly. He runs his business professionally, and the staff, guides, cooks and porters are the best in the business. Our guides, Rama and Joseph, were both skilled, knowledgeable and fun. The food was excellent, prepared by our cook, Said, and the porters were amazing. We would not have made the summit and back down the difficult descent if not for the patience and efforts of these extraordinary men. These are thoroughly well deserved and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to climb Kilimanjaro. Click Expedition consider every aspect of the climb; Prior to the trip any questions that were raised were answered fully and had a very quick response time. - Nayj· January 20th, 2023I did the 6 day marangu route with three friends and we had an incredible experience! All of the Click Expedition guides and porters were incredibly kind and accommodating while on the mountain. The meals were delicious and we were served hot tea for those chilly morning and nights. The equipment was all well-maintained and helped to keep us warm and sheltered from weather while on the mountain. Each night we would do an ox-meter reading to check our blood oxygen level, as well as to check in with our overall health to see if we were experiencing any high altitude sickness symptoms. Doing this each night helped my peace of mind and made me feel that the company was invested in my well- being on the mountain. The guides helped to keep our spirits up and were constantly encouraging us to keep climbing. Pole pole keep going as they say! From Brian communication regarding our trip, our guides, Hemedi and Solomon’s hospitality and encouragement up the mountain, William’s food (we had both meat and vegan options each day) to Mwamposa’s wake up calls and service, we had the most memorable 6 days on the mountain. - Miguel· January 20th, 2023We did out hike in Kilimanjaro with Click Expedition through marangu Route. The Team in the office and on the field were very good and caring. Despite the very basic facilities we were 6 people feeling like in a hotel. The cook and food were very good and for 6 days hiking nobody got GI problems. The climbing day, despite not all were fit or motivated to get to the summit the Guides did their best and we all did it, just for Sunrise.
