My guide, Frunzi, was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive—always adjusting the pace to suit me and making sure I was safe and well every step of the way. Together with Bala, our strong and cheerful porter, they helped me reach the base camp successfully and with confidence. The agency provided the best possible accommodations in the mountains, with great vegetarian meal options throughout the trek. Ram, the agency owner, stayed in constant contact and generously offered high-quality gear (sleeping bag, poles, and down jacket) free of charge. - Jones· June 30th, 2023The trek to the Base Camp of Mount Everest was incredible. Sherpa Expedition & Trekking did an outstanding job ensuring our journey was truly unforgettable. Our flight was delayed by a day and they efficiently adjusted our plans, providing a guide for the group we were supposed to join and a guide for the three of us. Additionally, due to adverse weather conditions towards the end of our tour, they tirelessly arranged a helicopter to transport us back to Kathmandu. Our guide, Lhakpa Sona Sherpa, and our porters were exceptional. Lhakpa took excellent care of us, kept us engaged, and ensured we had the most amazing experience. He is a true professional, and my daughter had such a fantastic time that she hopes to return and conquer some of the mighty mountains with him. The views throughout the trek were awe-inspiring, and the people in Nepal were incredibly friendly. Despite being almost 61 years old, I found the trek to be challenging at times in the higher altitudes, but not excessively difficult.
