Itinerary
- Day 1
Ljubljana
You'll arrive in Ljubljana and have time to settle in at your own pace. There's a welcome meeting at 6 pm where you'll meet the group, and if you're interested, you can join everyone for dinner at a traditional restaurant afterward. This gives you the afternoon to walk around the city center, grab a coffee, or just rest after your travels.

Bled
Head out from Ljubljana to Bled where you'll start with a bike fitting and safety briefing. You'll cycle gradually uphill through mountain forest roads with stops to take in the views, then loop around Lake Bled and finish in a flower-filled valley. The afternoon is free, so you can check out Triglav National Park, explore Vintgar Gorge, visit Bled Castle, or just relax and grab lunch somewhere around town.

Kranjska Gora
Set out early from Bled and cycle beside the Sava River through Triglav National Park. You'll pass mountains, lakes, caves, and forests as you ride gradually uphill to the alpine resort of Kranjska Gora. Along the way you'll have a barbecue lunch with views on the ski slope, so you can rest and refuel before finishing up the day.

Bovec
This morning you'll drive up to the Vrsic Pass, also called the 'Russian Road', and take in the alpine views. From there you'll freewheel down through winding switchbacks past mountain scenery to the emerald Soca River. You'll ride along the valley floor following the river west, pass the two-tiered Boka Waterfall, and arrive in Bovec. Your evening is free, so you can relax at your hotel or walk the nearby Walk of Peace trail if you have energy left.

Smartno to Postojna
Drive early to the fortified hilltop village of Smartno, then cycle through hills and vineyards in Slovenia's wine region. You'll briefly cross into Italy as you ride through this area sometimes called Slovenia's Tuscany. The day finishes with an included wine tasting at a local winery, so you can try some regional wines and learn about the production.

Postojna
Cycle from your hotel into Italy and descend to the valley floor. Follow the gentle Vipava River past fields, vineyards, and villages to the town of Vipava. There's an optional picnic by the river if you want to stop and relax. Then you'll drive up a steep 10 km climb before cycling mostly downhill to Postojna with its red-roofed buildings. This is the longest ride of the trip, so plan to rest this evening or explore the Notranjska Museum, Predjamski Castle, or the old town center.

Piran
Start your morning at Postojna Cave, which has impressive stalagmite and stalactite-filled tunnels. From there you'll drive to Vanganel for your final ride. You'll cycle mostly on paths following old railway tracks, with sea views on one side and mountains on the other. The route ends in Piran, the seaside town with narrow streets and Venetian architecture. Take time to wander around, see Tartini Square, and if you want, join an optional farewell dinner at a local restaurant.

There are no activities after breakfast today, so your adventure wraps up. You'll check out and depart at your leisure. If you need to get back to Ljubljana, the public bus is available and included with your tour.
