Itinerary
- Day 1
Cairo
Your representative meets you at Cairo airport and takes you to your hotel. After a welcome meeting to go over your itinerary, the rest of the day is yours to do what you want. If you land early enough, you have the option to see the pyramids with a sound and light show or take a Nile dinner cruise, but neither is required.

- Day 2
Cairo to Luxor
You'll get picked up at 4:30 am from your hotel for a flight to Luxor. Once you arrive, you're transferred to your 5-star Nile cruise and can check in by noon. After lunch on board, your tour starts around 3 pm at Karnak Temple, then you head to Luxor Temple. Back at the cruise for dinner and overnight stay.

Luxor West Bank
Start before dawn with a hot air balloon flight (30 to 40 minutes) over Luxor's west bank for aerial views. You'll have breakfast and check out, then visit the Valley of the Kings where pharaohs carved their tombs. Next, you'll see the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and stop for photos at the Colossi of Memnon. Back to the cruise by noon for lunch, then spend the afternoon with tea on deck while sailing to Edfu.

Edfu to Aswan
After breakfast, take a horse carriage ride with your guide to the Temple of Horus at Edfu, which is one of Egypt's most complete temples. You'll return to relax on the cruise deck as it sails to Kom Ombo. Following lunch and afternoon tea, visit the double temple of Sobek and Horus in Kom Ombo. The cruise continues to Aswan for dinner, a folkloric party, and overnight.

Aswan
Early checkout at 4 to 4:30 am for a group trip to Abu Simbel to see the rock-cut temples of King Ramesses II and Queen Nefertari. You'll return to the cruise around 2:30 pm to get your luggage. Your guide talks about Aswan's history and stories of Nubian immigration. Then you take a motorboat to Philae Temple, which was built for the goddess Isis. After, you're driven to Aswan Airport for your evening flight back to Cairo, where you're picked up and taken to your hotel.

Cairo
Have breakfast and check out around 8 am, then meet your guide for an optional day tour. You can choose to visit the Giza pyramids with the Sphinx and Egyptian Museum, or go to Saqqara instead. Alternatively, explore Khan al-Khalili Bazaar or visit the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali Pasha at the Citadel (pick one activity). After, you're taken to Cairo Airport for your flight home, though you have the option to extend and do optional tours to Alexandria or the White and Black Desert.
