I phoned G Adventures 24 hours before I flew to Mexico regarding a voucher to confirm the commencement details for the Tour. They said my application form had not been received because it was incomplete and I had to go back to TourRadar. I phoned your Company to be advised by your employee that I had missed ticking a box and it was my responsibility to complete the form correctly. I would have thought it was your Company’s responsibility to check that your clients correctly completed all necessary forms. There was no apology from your representative, as it was all my fault! It appears to me you are happy to collect your commission for little (or no) effort. I hope if I plan another holiday with G Adventures, I don’t have to deal with TourRadar. The accommodation in Peurto Vallarta was poor and the accommodation in Guadalajara was so appalling I was tempted to leave the tour. You can certainly join the trip on day 2 of the trip, but there would be no discount as this is a package tour and cannot be discounted if you choose to start late or finish early. The cost for a pre night hotel room would be USD100.00 and we currently have 1 x single room available on this trip for an additional USD819.

We require a minimum amount of 8 travellers to qualify for a private tour. We specialize in small group tours with our maximum group size being 16. On average 12 travellers.
