Itinerary
- Day 1
Reykjavik
You'll land in Reykjavik and get settled into your hostel. Spend the afternoon walking around on your own, checking out the colorful buildings and quirky character of Iceland's capital. Later, your group meets up for a welcome dinner to get everyone together and start the trip off.

Landmarks/POIs Reykjavik - Day 2
Golden Circle
After breakfast, you're heading out on the Golden Circle route. You'll stop at Thingvellir National Park, then grab lunch at a farm-to-table spot called Efstidalur. From there, you see the Strokkur Geysir shooting geothermal water and check out Gullfoss Falls. In the afternoon, there's a geothermal greenhouse to walk through. By evening, you can relax in the rooftop sauna and hot tub back at Midgard Base Camp.

South Shore
After breakfast, you're driving along Iceland's south coast. You'll see Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls and pass by Mýrdalsj\u00f6kull Glacier. The day ends at Reynisfjara Beach, where you walk on black sand and see the distinctive basalt columns rising from the shore.

Vatnajökull National Park
After breakfast, you head to Vatnajökull National Park, which has Europe's largest ice cap. You'll see the Svinafellsjökull glacier outlet and then spend time at Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon watching icebergs float around. There's Diamond Beach for a walk, and if you're interested, optional glacier hiking is available. You'll finish the day in the town of Vik.

Reykjanes Peninsula
You're heading to the Reykjanes peninsula after breakfast. The day takes you through geothermal areas, along dramatic cliffs and coastlines, and through small villages. You get views over Lake Kleifarvatn with its interesting rock formations. If you want, there's an optional soak in the Blue Lagoon hot springs available.

Reykjavik Departure
Pack your things and get ready to head out from Reykjavik. You'll say goodbye to the group and leave with memories from your time exploring Iceland's landscape.
