Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Cusco
You'll arrive in Cusco and meet your PEVolunteer representative at the airport for your transfer to host family accommodation. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and adjust to the altitude, so take it easy and get comfortable with your new place.

- Day 2
Orientation in Cusco
Head to the office around 9:00 am for volunteer orientation, where you'll cover Peru introduction, local customs, Spanish basics, safety information, and details about your specific project. You'll meet other volunteers during this session, then get transported to your childcare-kindergarten project location to start work.

Childcare Project Work
Spend about 4 hours working at the childcare-kindergarten project, either in the morning or afternoon depending on your placement schedule. After work wraps up, you can wander around Cusco and explore the surrounding area, or arrange some Spanish classes if you want to improve your language skills.

Childcare Project Work
Work at the childcare-kindergarten project for roughly 4 hours, fitting your schedule either morning or afternoon. Once you're done, the rest of the day is open for exploring Cusco, checking out nearby areas, or booking additional Spanish lessons to build your fluency.

Childcare Project Work
Another 4-hour shift at the childcare-kindergarten project awaits, scheduled for either morning or afternoon based on your placement. Following work, you can spend time exploring Cusco's neighborhoods and surroundings, or pursue Spanish classes to strengthen your skills.

Childcare Project Work
You'll put in about 4 hours at the childcare-kindergarten project during your assigned time slot (morning or afternoon). After that, the day is yours to walk through Cusco, see what's around the area, or set up more Spanish instruction if that interests you.

Weekend Free Time
Your first weekend arrives with completely free time to relax and recharge or explore Cusco and the local region at your own pace. If you want to check out nearby destinations, PEVolunteer can help organize tours for you.

Childcare Project Work
Another work day at the childcare-kindergarten project for about 4 hours, with your timing either morning or afternoon. After you finish, use your free time to walk through Cusco, explore the area, or arrange additional Spanish classes to keep improving.

Departure
