The Nigerian Immigration Service launched its official eVisa system on May 1, 2025, allowing travelers to apply entirely online for short-stay visas, including tourism and business purposes. Australian citizens can apply for the following Nigerian eVisa types: Tourism Visa: Single-entry, valid for up to 30 days. Business Visa: Single or multiple-entry, each stay up to 30 days. Required documents include: A passport valid for at least 6 months. Recent passport-sized photograph. Return flight ticket. Hotel reservation or host address in Nigeria.

Both programs are all-inclusive of flights, covering all internal flights and transfers within the itinerary. However, please note that the programs do not include your first international flight from home to Africa or your flight back home.
