- Joy· April 4th, 2025Very organized company. We loved how everything was handled. From the airport transfer to the day tours and aurora viewing. The guides were also very good and attentive, especially Mariko. Highly recommended.Show moreTrip date: March 2025
- Patricia· March 3rd, 2025The many tour options during the day were fun and informative. The Aurora Centre was the perfect place to watch the Aurora. Truly wonderful. And the guides! They were all so fun and helpful. I loved the whole experience. I will definitely come back!Show moreTrip date: February 2025
- Barbara· February 4th, 2025The Aurora Viewing and Wildlife tour was fast paced, scheduled daytime activities and staying awake half the night. Whitehorse is a friendly walkable town with delicious food and cute shops. Our tour guides were polite and knowledgeable and always concerned about our safety. I only have one complaint, the outhouses at the Aurora Center. I understand the wilderness location makes washroom luxuries impossible. But making outhouses a little bigger would make it easier to use. Also the floor was slippery, maybe rubber mat would help. Thanks for everything. The Aurora was a spiritual experience I’ll never forget.Show moreTrip date: January 2025
- MSMadeleine· December 20th, 2024I felt very safe, well cared for, and had a really fun time as a solo traveler. All of the guides were extremely friendly, always in a good mood, and more than happy to chat. Thanks for such a nice trip and experience, it was really nice to meet you all!Show moreTrip date: November 2024
- Amanda· November 19th, 2024We had the best tour guides. Each unique in their background but all so deeply cared about our happiness and comfort. Great package, good mix of alone time and being with a group. It was nice to see familiar faces while out and about. We only saw the aurora once but the crew of leaders were there to help with camera settings and such. I would highly recommend Arctic Range Adventures to anyone!Show moreTrip date: November 2024

- DCDelwyn· March 14th, 2024A very friendly and professional team and I would happily use again. I saw the aurora twice and missed the third night it was showing because of an early morning flight. The photos taken by the guides were excellentShow moreTrip date: March 2024
- RSRosmijati Elizabeth· September 10th, 2023The staffs were friendly, hotel was good though checking in was late by half an hour. Transportation was punctual. Aurora was regular on first night but subsequent nights were not visible. Dog sledding missed and it can be done during winter. Maybe I should join the tour again during winter time and stay longer to get a chance to see strong aurora ?Show moreTrip date: August 2023
- RCRussetta· March 16th, 2023The guides were very nice and knowledgeable, the service and help throughout was really wonderful. The first night we were lucky to see an aurora on the way to the viewing location and they pulled the buses over so we could get out and look, which was very nice. Then we saw them that night and the following night. The wildlife and hotsprings were great and my only minor negative would be that the city tour was on Sunday and almost everything was closed on Sunday, so we couldn't buy souvenirs or anything then. Would recommend scheduling the trip so the city tour is on a day where more things are open. Once in a lifetime experience, definitely recommend this company and their hospitality.Show moreTrip date: March 2023

Jenna
Asked on April 25th, 2025How strict is the 90 year old age maximum? My grandmother is 95 this year and I'm looking for an appropriate tour for us
- Arctic Range AdventureOperator•Written April 2025
As long as you are able to assist your mother with getting on and off the bus and navigating the steps at our Aurora Centre, she is welcome to participate. Please note that the Aurora Centre has a gravel surface, so unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchairs. However, if she is able to walk a little, she should be just fine. For the Welcome City Tour, she is welcome to remain on the bus during the stops and enjoy the sights from the window if she prefers not to disembark.
