Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi
You'll arrive at Jomo Kenyatta Airport in the early morning and get driven to your hotel. After settling in, you can head to the National Museum and Giraffe Center whenever you'd like, so the timing is completely up to you. Meals are your responsibility today, so grab lunch and dinner wherever appeals to you.

Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, you'll leave at 0700 hrs and drive south along the Great Rift Valley, passing through Narok before climbing up the western wall into the Serengeti plains. By lunchtime you'll reach the lodge, then head out on an introduction game drive in the afternoon to get your bearings. Dinner and the night are at your safari lodge.

- Day 3
Masai Mara National Reserve
This is a full day searching for wildlife throughout the reserve. You'll have chances to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, and leopards as you move through different areas. If you're interested, there's a hot air balloon safari available, and you can visit a local Masai village in the afternoon if that appeals to you. You'll return to the lodge for dinner.

- Day 4
Masai Mara National Reserve to Lake Nakuru National Park
You'll wake early and do a pre-breakfast game drive from 0630 to 0830 hrs when wildlife is most active. After breakfast, you'll head to Lake Nakuru, arriving in time for lunch. Later, from 1600 to 1830 hrs, take an evening game drive. The lake sits in the Great Rift Valley with diverse habitats where you'll see both animals and many bird species.

- Day 5
Lake Nakuru National Park to Lake Naivasha
Start before breakfast with an early game drive at Lake Nakuru, then come back for a full breakfast. From there you'll drive to Lake Naivasha and arrive by lunchtime. After checking in at your resort, take a boat ride in the afternoon to see hippos and visit Crescent Island game sanctuary.

Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, drive south toward Amboseli and stop at an animal orphanage from 1100 to 1200 hrs. You'll reach the lodge in time for lunch with Mount Kilimanjaro visible in the distance. The afternoon is yours to relax, then in the evening go on a game drive with views of Africa's highest mountain and its snow-capped peak as your backdrop.

- Day 7
Amboseli National Park
Another full day in Amboseli. Rise early for excellent game viewing with Mount Kilimanjaro on the horizon. After breakfast, you can choose another game drive to check out the swamp or stay at the lodge to rest. Afternoon game drives give you more chances to encounter the Big Five and the park's wildlife with that iconic mountain view.

Amboseli National Park to Tsavo West National Park
After breakfast, check out and drive to Tsavo West National Park, which sits roughly halfway between Nairobi and the coast. You'll arrive by lunchtime at your lodge. In early evening, head out on a game drive where you'll see large herds of elephants, buffalo, rhinos, and antelopes. The lodge's water hole is a great spot for watching wildlife.

- Day 9
Tsavo West National Park to Diani Beach
After breakfast, check out and begin driving toward the south coast with a lunch stop along the way. You'll reach your beach hotel by evening and check in. After cleaning up from the long safari, the rest of the evening is yours to do as you like.

Diani Beach to Nairobi
