Itinerary

Arrival in Bangkok
A driver meets you at Bangkok Airport with your name on a sign and takes you to your hotel. Once you arrive and get settled, the afternoon and evening are free so you can either rest up from your flight or head out to get a feel for the city.

Bangkok
Grab breakfast at your hotel to start the day. From there, you'll have the whole day to explore Bangkok on your own terms. If you'd rather have some structure, there are guided tours available that you can join depending on what interests you.

- Half-day Royal Grand Palace tour - English (Daily, 5 hrs, 07:15-12:15, pick-up 06:30). Transfers included. Dress code: smart casual, no sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts, skimpy clothing, flip flops or open shoes at temples/religious buildings. Note: Palace parts may close during royal/Buddhist ceremonies or foreign head of state visits.

- Half-day Railway Market and Damnoen Saduak Floating Market tour - English (Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 5 hrs, 06:30-11:30, pick-up 06:00). Visit Maeklong Railway Market to see vendors quickly move stock for passing trains. Tour includes Palm Sugar Farm visit with tasting, then long-tailed boat ride through floating market to explore at leisure. Dress code: casual, comfortable and light clothing recommended.
