Coordinating and planning with the tour operator (Active Travel) was straightforward and easy. We provided a list of our preferred destinations and the tour operator quickly put together an itinerary. We made a few tweaks and within only a few days from initial contact we were booked. In Romania, we were provided the perfect guide for the excursion. He (Charlie) arrived early to our hotel lobby and met us there as prearranged. He was immediately interesting and accommodating. Throughout our five days together our guide was educational and delightful. He was an excellent host for Romania. He provided lots of details about the country, its people, history, and current status. He also provided lots of details about each place we visited. Asked on November 4th, 2025I am really interested in this tour. I know if I want to go the Halloween party at Bran Castle that will be extra. I noticed the party this year was on Saturday 1 November. Does this mean next year it will be on Saturday too - meaning 31 October. And if so could you secure the ticket or would it be up to me. Also would you be able to accommodate the fact I might not leave the party until 4am!

No problem at all if the party goes on until 4 a.m.! Just keep in mind that you'll probably miss the Sunday program. However, we can arrange a private transfer to Brașov for you at a cost of 60 euros.
