    Wood not let me use the bathroom on the bus at any time! Why have restroom? They were locked.

    Over all, we had an amazing 6-day Rocky Mountaineer tour - Vancouver to Calgary from May 27 to June 1, 2025. We were so impressed with the super service provided by the Rocky Mountaineer during the first two days of the tour. We also would like to appreciate the Calgary Tour driver/guider David for the professional, helpful and nice service he bought to us throughout the last three days (May 30-June 1) of our trip in the Rockies which left us with an enjoyable and unforgettable memory for life time! This tour could be 100% perfect if we were not asked by Raymond, the diver/guider from Calgary Tour, to pay Cad$15 per person of all the guests for tips at the beginning of day 3 of the tour (May 29), although the tips for the entire tour had been prepaid with our booking.

    • For any tour departing before September 11th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 11th, 2025, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Calgary Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Calgary Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Calgary Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
