Calgary ToursOperator•Written March 2025We recommend considering the tour which departs every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The main difference from the original tour is that it includes a stay at Chateau Lake Louise instead of Banff. The details and prices for the 2025 winter season have not been updated or released yet.

Normally, the tubing park is open until the middle or end of April at Lake Louise Ski Resort. This is a popular snow activity there. We recommend you choose this optional activity. You could also consider the sightseeing gondola at Lake Louise ski resort. We will only have 2 hours at the Ski resort, so we recommend you choose one optional item at the Ski Resort.

The helicopter tour will be at Abraham Lake. The luggage should be on the tour bus or hotel. It might not be allowed to bring to join the helicopter tour. For Banff Gondola, we will have enough time to take the gondola, and will not affect lunch time.

The tour will stay at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. There is no departure date for Jan-9 and Jan-13. We have other departure dates listed on the product page and you may select the tour date that most convenience to you

This tour is designed for travelers from other cities, so the 1st day includes airport transfer and accommodation. Our complimentary airport transfer is from 10 am to 10 pm every 2 hours. Arriving at 5 pm should not be a problem. We do recommend a flight after around 9:30 pm, and 9:20 pm should be fine as well.

Asked on November 26th, 2023I'm hoping to be part of the February 13th 2024 tour. I have my one main suitcase and my snowboard bag. Is there somewhere I can leave my snowboard bag or am I able to bring both bags easily.

Our luggage limitation for the tour is one carry-on bag and one check-in size luggage. If you would like to join our tour with 2 luggage, the extra fee will be CA$24/piece. Please send us message after submit the booking. We will add this extra item under your booking.

You could add pre and post-stay hotel. For group lunch, we only do it for the total number of pax. If they do not prefer to book group meal for all pax, we recommend they find their own food during lunchtime. There are many restaurants they can choose.

Besides that, if we want to add the itinerary for the day 2 which it is the start for 4 day tour, what can we expect to add in and how much will it be. As for the lunch, since there are many restaurants then we will arrange our lunch ourselves.
