Kilimanjaro to Arusha
You'll arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport and head to your hotel in Arusha. This is Tanzania's main safari hub, positioned right at the base of Mt Meru. Spend the rest of the day settling in and getting ready for the adventure ahead.

- Day 2
Tarangire National Park
Today you head out to Tarangire National Park. You'll see large herds of elephants, giraffes, and around 500 bird species throughout the day. In the afternoon, a game drive takes you past the park's signature Baobab trees where you might spot lions, leopards, and cheetahs.

Tarangire National Park
Start early with a morning game drive while wildlife is most active in Tarangire. You'll head back for lunch and have downtime to relax at the lodge. Later in the afternoon, another game drive gets you back out into the park before dinner.

Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, you travel to Lake Manyara National Park. The park is known for its blue monkeys, elephant populations, and over 400 bird species. Once you reach the lodge, you'll have the afternoon free to rest before heading to dinner with other travelers.

Serengeti National Park
You depart early toward the Serengeti National Park. Once there, you'll explore the Seronera Valley, an area where lions and leopards are regularly spotted. Before the day ends, you'll visit Simba Kopje and gather for a sunset campfire with wine and dinner.

- Day 6
Serengeti National Park
This day includes an optional sunrise hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti plains (conditions permitting), ending with champagne and breakfast. After landing, you continue game viewing by vehicle and check out Moru Kopjes, where you'll see ancient Maasai rock paintings and lots of wildlife.

Serengeti National Park
You're up early for morning game drives across the Serengeti savannahs. You'll spend the day watching different wildlife and return to camp by lunch. After relaxing and eating, you head back out for afternoon game drives and get to experience the sights and sounds of the African wilderness as the sun sets.

Landmarks Serengeti National Park - Day 9
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Early departure from the Serengeti takes you toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On the way, you stop at Olduvai Gorge Museum to see fossil displays from our ancestors dating back nearly four million years. You'll reach your accommodation in time for dinner and to watch the African sunset.

Landmarks Olduvai Gorge Museum Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Day 10
Ngorongoro Crater
Today you explore the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You descend about 2,000 feet to the crater floor where elephants, lions, gazelles, zebras, and possibly endangered rhinos live. After a picnic lunch in this natural setting, you head back to Arusha with the evening free before your farewell dinner.

Arusha to Airport
After breakfast, you transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight home. If your flight leaves in the evening, you can use a day-use hotel room and arrange a later transfer to the airport.
