- Day 1
Arusha
Your safari kicks off in Arusha, Tanzania's main gateway for wildlife adventures. You'll have time for a mid-afternoon check-in at your hotel, so you can settle in, freshen up, and get ready for the next few days ahead.
- Day 2
Tarangire National Park
Drive out to Tarangire National Park where the landscape fills with ancient baobabs and acacia trees. After grabbing lunch at your lodge, you'll head out on your first game drive to track elephants, which are everywhere here, plus other wildlife roaming the park.

Tarangire National Park
Start before sunrise for a morning game drive, then sit down to a bush breakfast served right out in the African wilderness. You'll watch for giraffe, zebra, and Cape buffalo during the drive. Back at the lodge, you get some free time to rest before heading out again in the afternoon.

Lake Manyara National Park
Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a smaller park with groundwater forests, grassy plains, and an alkaline lake. This spot has more baboons than anywhere else you'll see. An afternoon game drive follows, then you'll have sundowner drinks at a viewpoint overlooking the water.

Ngorongoro Crater
Morning is free before driving to Karatu, where coffee farms blanket the slopes around Ngorongoro Crater. You'll visit a local primary school to meet kids and see how rural education works there. Lunch is BBQ at Gibb's Farm, then you head to your lodge positioned right on the crater rim.

Ngorongoro Crater
You'll head down into the Ngorongoro Crater early for a full-day game drive through the world's largest unflooded caldera. The crater floor offers chances to spot lion, hyena, hippo, and elephant, along with the rare black rhinoceros that call this area home. Around midday, you'll stop for a bush lunch under Acacia trees right there in the crater. Later in the afternoon as you head back to your lodge, there's a traditional Maasai dance performance at dinner to wrap up the day.

Serengeti National Park
Drive to the Serengeti, Tanzania's largest park. The name means 'endless plains' in Maasai, and at roughly 5,700 square miles, you'll understand why once you get there. After lunch at your tented camp, an afternoon game drive lets you start spotting big cats and other wildlife.

Serengeti
This morning and afternoon you'll do game drives throughout the Serengeti, which is prime territory for seeing the annual Great Migration of wildebeest and zebra if you're visiting at the right time. Even outside migration season, the Serengeti delivers consistent wildlife viewing year-round. As the sun starts to set, you'll head back and have a farewell dinner in the bush to bring your safari adventure to a close.

Arusha
