The organizer was only preoccupied with selling me more product and having me pay CASH for everything OR ELSE there would be surcharge?? She would text me continuously during the day on What's AP, when I was trying to experience the sites and if I contacted her in the evening she would complain that it was her time off. I was expecting to be part of an organized group tour with one consistent guide, instead I was completely alone and with different guides, groups and drivers every single day. That meant that the 'given' Itinerary was very inconsistent and not to be counted on. Some days I was told to be ready to leave at 7:30 AM and thereby miss breakfast only to wait for an additional 1.5 hours for a tour guide and bus to show up. Other days when I was told we would be heading out at 9:45 AM I would suddenly have to scramble out to my room with packed luggage at 8:00 AM. The driver to the airport on my last morning NEVER showed up at 7:30 AM Turns out he forgot?? I had to scramble to pay for and find my own way to the airport. I am still awaiting reimbursement. A Although all of the tour guides were passionate about their area of expertise sometimes their english was so bad the tour was futile. Cappadocia Special Class El Puente Cave Hotel. These are our hotels. According to availability, we might move some of the group to another hotel but that would be the same segment hotel. We mostly use 4-5* hotels, we do not work 3* hotels as company policy. And in Cappadocia it's Special Class Cave Hotel.
