Blown away by the quantity and diversity of animals we encountered and especially how close we were able to get, whilst always respecting the rules (which not all drivers do!). Peter the guide and driver was exceptional. Drives between locations was long and the 'roads' are often appalling. If we were to do it again we would have picked the Landcruiser for this reason. Didn't affect our enjoyment of the safari itself, but Landcruiser would have been quicker and easier to pick its way through the roads. Dom deserved a driving award for how he got the minivan along some of those roads!Show more
- yvette· March 19th, 2025My wife and I traveled to Kenya for our honeymoon and organized a safari to Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara with Gracepatt. The company was incredibly communicative and planned everything we asked for perfectly. On arrival, we were paired with our guide Steve, who turned out to be the best guide we could have possibly asked for. Steve expertly navigated tough roads, spotted tons and tons of animals, and used his deep knowledge of animal behavior and Masai culture to give us incredibly deep insight into all of Kenya's animals and Kenyan life and culture. We saw all of the Big Five and so so much more. We joked throughout the safari that any time Steve picked up his binoculars to get a better view of something that we ourselves would have never noticed in the distance, we were about to see something great. By the end, Steve wasn't just our expert guide but was also a great friend. We'd recommend Gracepatt Ecotours Kenya to anyone traveling to Kenya for a safari and we especially highly recommend our incredible guide Steve.Show more
- Jacqui· January 27th, 2025Titus was an amazing guide. He made sure we saw all the animals we wanted to see and made sure we were comfortable for the whole journey. The hotels and food were delightful. The only slight issue we had was that the itinerary was done in an order that was different from the way it was listed on the website so we were a bit confused when we ended up in Maasai Mara first. Maybe the travel company could let people know beforehand? Otherwise all fabulous!Show more
