- TLTorgeir· August 24th, 2025In the first two days of climbing the Sirimon route, many giant trees and dry slopes had to be climbed. Although the path was a little difficult, but gradually after reaching Mackinders Valley, the scene changed completely - rocky valleys around and a strange calm environment. The guide was very helpful and briefed us well every day before the walk. At night, the food in the camps is served hot, which is really relaxing in the cold weather.Show more

As soon as we reached Nanyuki from Nairobi, we started getting attracted by the beauty of the mountains. As we passed through the Sariman Gate, we saw a variety of wildlife on the mountain path, especially the silence of the dense forest, and the view of the illuminated water body was great. Although the trekking route is quite challenging, every step seems easy with the help of experienced guides. Amazing views from the top of the mountain! While descending on the Chogoria route, the waterfalls, forest land, and charming nature became more attractive. The management of Bencia Africa Adventures and Safaris was excellent. They have given importance to our comfort and safety. The food, the tent, and everything else was handled excellently.
