- Philip· September 23rd, 2025We can’t say enough good things about our guide Marco, he was very attentive and a great planner and communicator. He was very cost consciousness when it came to dining recommendations and knowledgeable about the area and its history. The hikes while difficult were rewarding with the views. - CChris Asked on November 24th, 2024Do I need to carry all of my possessions in my backpack or can they be transported to each hotel? Intrepid TravelOperator•Written November 2024 Intrepid TravelOperator•Written November 2024- On this trip you must pack as lightly as possible because you'll be expected to carry your own bag. Although you won't be required to walk long distances with your luggage (max 30 minutes), we strongly recommend keeping the weight under 15 kg (33 lb). Most travellers carry their luggage in a backpack, although an overnight bag with a shoulder strap would suffice. You'll also need a day pack/bag to carry water and a camera for daytrips.

- CColin Asked on June 16th, 2024What does partially guided mean? Intrepid TravelOperator•Written June 2024 Intrepid TravelOperator•Written June 2024- This tour is not partially guided. A Tour Leader will be available throughout the tour.

May month is Best for walking and trekking on the Camino de Santiago. Spring (April-June) is a beautiful time to be in Spain. With mellow temperatures and blooming flowers, it's a perfect time to do a walking or trekking trip. Pre-booked arrival transfer from the airport is available. Due to local regulations, departure transfers cannot be pre-booked, and local taxis must be used. - PPamela Asked on January 10th, 2022Walk the Camino to Santiago tour to Sanitago to Saria is guided, but you don't see to offer transporting the luggage? or additional services such as dinner or a possibility for transfer from the airport to Saria? Intrepid TravelOperator•Written January 2022 Intrepid TravelOperator•Written January 2022- The luggage will in fact be transported. However you will be required to carry a "day pack" with you. This will include water, snacks and anything you may need along the way as some of the days are quite long. We do offer a transfer from Santiago De compostela airport to the included accommodation on day one.
