Vancouver to Victoria
Start with a walk through Vancouver's historic Chinatown and Gastown neighborhoods. After that, you'll head to the ferry for Vancouver Island, stopping at a family-owned ciderhouse to taste local ciders with orchard views, then continue on to Victoria.

Victoria
You'll have breakfast early at Butchart Gardens before crowds show up, then spend time walking through the 55-acre gardens with their colorful floral displays. The rest of your day is for exploring Victoria's walkable downtown, from the Inner Harbor and Parliament Buildings to local shops and street performers. There's an optional whale watching cruise if you want to spot orca, humpback whales, bald eagles, porpoises, and seals.

This evening, you'll join Matricia Bauer for a Be My Guest experience on traditional First Nations land, learning about curated drink bitters made from foraged ingredients and hearing stories over dinner.
