You'll arrive in Vancouver and settle into the city that consistently ranks high for livability. This evening, you'll have dinner with your Travel Director and the rest of your group to kick things off.

Vancouver to Victoria
Walk through Vancouver's historic Chinatown and Gastown neighborhoods with your Travel Director. After that, you'll board a ferry to Vancouver Island and stop at a family-owned ciderhouse to try local ciders while taking in orchard views. Then continue on to Victoria.

Victoria
Start early with breakfast at Butchart Gardens before it opens, then wander through the 55-acre floral gardens at your own pace. The rest of the day is yours to explore Victoria's walkable downtown. You could have high tea or local fish and chips, check out the historic Parliament Buildings, or join an optional whale watching cruise where you might see orca, humpback whales, bald eagles, porpoises, and seals.

Chemainus to Squamish
See the vibrant murals of Chemainus, a community-driven art experience that began in 1981. You'll board a ferry and take the scenic Sea-to-Sky Highway, then ride the Sea-to-Sky Gondola up to Summit Lodge while taking in panoramic views.

Squamish
Spend time at the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre where Aboriginal Ambassadors share stories and cultural experiences firsthand. You'll learn about the traditional way of life of First Nations people and view their collection of artifacts and contemporary works. After lunch at the centre, you'll have leisure time to relax.

Sun Peaks to Banff
You'll drive through Glacier and Yoho National Parks on your way to Banff, seeing UNESCO-listed Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks. Experience Canada's highest suspension bridges at the Golden Skybridge and walk the canyon ridge trails with sweeping views of the Columbia Valley and mountains. Overnight in Banff National Park.

Banff
The morning is yours to do as you like. You could take an optional gondola ride or explore on your own. Later, you'll get an orientation tour of Banff National Park. This evening, a retired Mountie in traditional red serge uniform will meet you and share stories about their history before dinner.

Lake Louise to Jasper
Take a lakeside walk at Lake Louise and admire its turquoise glacier-fed waters and Victoria Glacier. You'll board an Ice Explorer and drive across the Athabasca Glacier, one of the largest non-polar ice fields. Then head along the scenic Icefields Parkway to Jasper for the night.

Jasper
A guided walk through Maligne Canyon is currently off limits due to 2024 wildfire damage (safety assessments are still happening). Instead, you'll board a narrated cruise on Maligne Lake to Spirit Island, a well-known glacial destination that holds significance for the Indigenous Stoney Nation. Later, join Matricia Bauer for a Be My Guest experience on traditional First Nations land where you'll learn about foraged ingredient bitters and hear stories over dinner.

You'll take in views of Mount Robson, the tallest peak in the Canadian Rockies at 12,972 feet. The day ends in Kamloops, Canada's Tournament Capital, and the evening is yours to spend as you'd like.

Kamloops to Vancouver
From Kamloops, you'll drive past dramatic mountainscapes toward Vancouver's scenic coastal setting, known as 'Hollywood North.'

Your time in the Canadian Rockies comes to an end. You'll depart at leisure and head to Vancouver International Airport.
