Being a Vancouver local, he had a lot of experience and knowledge to give as we progressed on our adventure. This tour does not include any meals. Our Tour Director will be able to provide suggestions to different restaurants in the area. All park entry fee are included in the cost for the tour. We will have optional excursions you can purchase. You will be with the group for the duration of the tour. You may be able to not participate in some activities.

We do not include meals on the majority of our North American tours. The hotels we intend to use during the tour have restaurant on site or within the vicinity. If you would like to venture out to other restaurants, the Tour Director will be able to provide suggestions. If you deem an activity to be too strenuous, you may be able to sit that activity out and not participate. You can simply speak with the Tour Director to get a little more details on the activities for that particular day.

We are only able to allow o suite case per person, this single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30 x 21 x 11 inches, and a weight not exceeding 50 lbs (22 kg). You can also have one carry on bag the size of 12 x 11 x 6 inches. We ask that this carry on bag not have wheels, it must be able to fit in the overhead compartment of under your feet. The full list of hotels will be provided in the travel packet once you are booked on the tour.

In this instance, you may be able to make arrangements with the hotel staff to store your luggage there. You will also be responsible for getting back to that location to retrieve your luggage once the tour is over. In the rare instance you possibly may not be booked in that same hotel at the end of the tour. Once you are booked on the tour, you will receive a list of hotels we use, 30 days prior to your scheduled departure is when you will receive the confirmed list of hotels.
