View in EnglishI would not make more with your agency...instead of Singleroom I got an expensive double bed room and it was never explained to me in GERMAN, how and what my services are....With not a word was mentioned that I except lunches, which I have paid yes, otherwise no breakfast and dinner in the price of 4,195 dollars was included and that was already a proud price for partly very unpretentious rooms. In 2 hotels there was no room service at all, although we stayed 2 days each. In comparison: 2 years ago I was in Australia for 18 days...With flight from Zurich to Melbourne, 2 domestic flights and all excursion program such as Uluru, Cairns, Great Ocean Road and all meals in excellent hotels and tips I paid 5,200 euro. And there were always new circulars from you in English, some of which could not be translated. Not everyone is so firm in English that one can understand everything. Too bad....my conclusion! Value for money. We had two guides, on covered Colorado plateau, the other Yosemite and on to San Francisco.
