Itinerary
- Day 1
Istanbul
You'll land at Istanbul Airport and get transferred to your hotel in Sultanahmet. The afternoon and evening are open for you to rest and get settled after your flight. If you have the flexibility, arriving a day early or staying extra time gives you more opportunity to explore the city at your own pace.

- Day 2
Istanbul
Your guided tour covers Istanbul's old city today. You'll start at the Blue Mosque and see the intricate blue Iznik tiles and six minarets up close. From there, you'll walk through the Hippodrome where chariot races happened centuries ago, then check out the exterior of the Hagia Sophia (built in the 6th century). The tour continues through Topkapi Palace before heading down into the Underground Cistern to see the Corinthian columns and that famous Medusa head everyone talks about.

Istanbul to Gallipoli
You'll drive out to Gallipoli Peninsula this morning for a guided tour of this significant WWI battlefield. The day involves visiting war memorials, including the Australian and New Zealand sites at Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair, walking through maintained cemeteries, seeing the old trench lines, and stopping at ANZAC Cove. It's a reflective experience learning about the soldiers who fought and died here during the campaign.

- Day 4
Gallipoli to Troy to Istanbul
Early morning start heading to Troy, the legendary city from Homer's stories. You'll tour the excavated ruins where nine ancient cities are stacked on top of each other, some dating back to 3000 BC. There's a replica of the famous wooden horse to see as well. The tour wraps up late morning, leaving you free time in Canakkale for lunch and exploring on your own until 6pm when transportation picks you up for the drive back to Istanbul, getting there late that evening.

Istanbul
