Our guide Mr.Khaled was knowledgeable and made the history come alive at every stop, from Aswan to Luxor. The staff onboard were friendly, the food was delicious, and the cabins were comfortable. We enjoyed sunsets over the Nile and took countless photos of the stunning views. It was a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. What made this trip even more special was sharing it with amazing fellow travelers from Australia, Pakistan, Switzerland, Colombia, England, Greek and India. Itinerary was: The first day The high dam Philae temple the unfinished obelisk The second day Abu simple temple Kom Ombo temple The third day Edfu temple Luxor temple The last day The kings valley Hatshepsut temple And Karnak temple Was a little bit worried about the pressure sell but once we said we didn’t want the additional tours, everything was fine. Extra fees were: Entrance fees: $110pp (we got half price for student discount) Tips: $20pp Hot air balloon: $100pp Carnac temple night show: $50pp Nobu tribe (can’t remember if this was maybe $30pp) Drinks: water $1, soft drinks $2 Talaat was a great tour guide, very passionate about ancient egypt and added some humour in to keep things interesting. Other staff on the cruise were also great, very attentive and went out of their way to give excellent service.
