Itinerary
- Day 1
El Coca to Yasuni National Park
Your trip starts in El Coca City with a two-hour drive heading out along the Auca road to reach the Shiripuno River, which opens up to Yasuni. From there you'll kayak along the river's curves, watching for toucans, macaws, and monkeys moving through the trees above. After paddling for about four hours, you'll arrive at the eco glamping site where dinner waits at 7 p.m.

Anaconda Lagoon and Waorani Cultural Experience
Breakfast comes early at 6:30 a.m., then after a short 30-minute paddle, you'll walk 300 meters to Anaconda Lagoon to look for giant anaconda species. Around 11 a.m., canoe for roughly 40 minutes to another lagoon where giant otters hang out, and you might check out a third one too. Lunch happens at 1:30 p.m., then at 3:30 p.m. you'll head to Gaba's house to learn about Waorani culture, their crafts, and how they use blow darts. Back at the glamping site by 7 p.m. for dinner.

Landmarks/POIs Anaconda Lagoon - Day 3
Shiripuno River and Rainforest Hilltop Trek
Start with breakfast at 6:30 a.m., then kayak downstream for five hours along the Shiripuno River. You'll take a break and have a boxed lunch at 1 p.m., after that a four-hour trek through the forest brings you to a hilltop offering 360-degree views across the rainforest. A motorized canoe gets you back by 6 p.m. while you watch for caimans and wildlife that comes out at night. Dinner is at 8 p.m.

Tributary Exploration and Waorani Farewell Ceremony
Breakfast starts at 7 a.m., then spend your morning kayaking through the smaller river channels and streams around the glamping site. Lunch is at 1 p.m., and by 4 p.m. you'll participate in a Waorani farewell ceremony with traditional chants and stories about the Waorani people and their history with the outside world.

Departure from Yasuni National Park
Have your last breakfast at 6:30 a.m. at Wao Eco Glamp, then pack everything up and get ready to leave. You'll carry home the memories and experiences from your time in Yasuni.
