Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Marseille to Arles
You'll fly into Marseille and make your way to the Suite Ship, which requires your arrival by 3 pm with boarding at 5 pm. Once you're settled in your cabin, you'll spend your first night docked in Arles, so there's time to get comfortable and maybe explore the ship before dinner.

Landmarks/POIs Arles - Day 2
Arles to Avignon
Start at the Adventure Center where you can pick between a power walk, a painting workshop learning Van Gogh techniques, or a guided walking tour of Arles that includes the Roman Amphitheater. There's also an optional trip to Carrières de Lumières if you want something different. Later you'll have free time at Le Café Van Gogh before the ship sails to Avignon. If you're interested, there's an optional wine lecture hosted by your Master of Wine in the evening.

Avignon
You can take a guided sightseeing tour through Avignon to see the fortress ramparts and the Palace of the Popes, or head out to the wine cellars of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the Rhône region for wine tasting instead. Back on the ship this evening, there's live entertainment to catch after dinner.

Avignon to Viviers to Tain l'Hermitage
The morning sail to Viviers gives you time to decide between hiking up to the hilltop Cathedral with your Adventure Host or taking a guided walking tour through the pale-stone buildings and Old Town, which has Christian, Roman, and medieval history mixed throughout. That evening, you'll attend a food and wine pairing dinner hosted by your Master of Wine before the ship heads out for an overnight cruise to Tain l'Hermitage.

Tain l'Hermitage to Tournon to Vienne to Lyon
Your Adventure Host offers either a morning hike through Tournon or a guided walking tour of the medieval city with its 16th-century castle and Roman ruins. After that, you'll cruise to Vienne in late morning. While sailing to Lyon, you'll have a chocolate and wine tasting hosted by your Master of Wine, and then you'll dock in Lyon for the night.

Lyon
In Lyon, the gastronomy capital, you can join a guided sightseeing tour starting from Fourvière Hill with its churches, then explore the Old Town's medieval alleyways, cafés, and monuments including the famous fountain at Place des Terreaux. There's an optional guided tour to the Beaujolais area if you want to learn about its light wines. The ship sails for Tournus in the evening and docks overnight.

You'll travel through the Mâconnais region to visit the famous Chardonnay vineyards and do a wine tasting at a medieval castle's cellars. Later while sailing to Chalon-sur-Saône, there's a cheese and wine tasting with your Master of Wine, and live entertainment happens on board this evening.
