We loved the things which we had the opportunity to experience on a more personal contact with the people and the animals. We felt like we experienced the heartbeat of the people and the land and the animals. The people who provided this opportunity were amazing. The hospitality, meals, lodging were awesome. Nancy/USA

The whole team at the nature camp were really outstanding. Deogratius especially was a phenomenal host. He made my time there fun, engaging, and informative. I was thrilled to hear about all the cool stuff that volunteers are doing, fascinated to learn about the economy of the local villages, and in awe of the natural creatures and plants I encountered on my tours. Thank you so much for this opportunity.

    • WU Intercultural Experience Tanzania Ltd.OperatorWritten March 2023

For example in areas such as doing community work, doing cleanups (if scheduled) and working at tree nursery, the work can get heavy depending on how much there is to be done, the number of people doing said activity and the time available to complete said activity. However, we are sensitive and flexible to participants' needs. If one feels that a certain task/activity is heavy in a way that they wouldn't be able to manage, it is possible to communicate this to our coordinators and get to do less of that activity, or rest it out completely.
