Asked on September 3rd, 2023If I arrive a day earlier than the tour start date and leave a day later will the tour operator plan my airport-hotel transfers? Can I pay the hotel directly for the extra days? What is the cancellation policy in case I get the flu or COVID before the trip?

You can pay directly to hotel for your extra accommodation. About transfers, as they are included on tour we will do transfers according to your flight details. You can start your tour when you want, because this is private tour option. About cancellation policy, as in Armenia Covid is not force majeure situation cancellation 72 hours before arrival is 100% refund. after that you should pay 100% fee.
