- RBRob· December 21st, 2024BEWARE! Avoid Insight at all costs. Had many many issues on our recent two week National Parks Trip, including a horrible tour guide that seemed uninterested in being a tour guide. We had little guidance on what was happening each day and in several cases the info was wrong and resulted in us getting lost and not knowing where the bus was. There were things we did not do because the tour guide was unable to walk much. I feel sorry for her but Insight should have provided help to her in the form of someone who could perform the things she could not. I strongly feel that we did not get what we paid for and I asked Insight for a partial refund. They have refused and offered 15% off a future trip. Why would I want to travel with them going forward if they won't handle the issues on the trip we already took? This was a very expensive trip. Insight should have far better customer service.Show more
