- Tayyeba· July 14th, 2025We had the most unforgettable experience exploring the breathtaking beauty of Gilgit Baltistan, all thanks to our incredible guides — Sultan, Aamir, and our driver Jahangir. From the moment our journey began, everything was perfectly planned and effortlessly executed. We visited Skardu, Hunza, and Gilgit, but Hunza truly stole our hearts. One of the most special moments of the trip was when Sultan took us to his village and introduced us to his lovely family — it gave us such a warm, personal insight into local life that we’ll always treasure. The entire team handled the road conditions and any unexpected situations with such ease and professionalism. Whether it was a bumpy stretch or a sudden change in the itinerary, the boys took care of it all without ever letting us worry. And let’s not forget the countless tea stops and refreshing drinks and fruits along the way that kept us going and made the drives even more enjoyable! We’re so grateful for the kindness, hospitality, and care shown by Sultan, Aamir, and Jahangir. They didn’t just guide us — they made us feel like family. Highly, highly recommended!Show more
- Betty· May 14th, 2025This was my first time to visit Pakistan. I was curious to learn about the culture, landscapes and people of this country. I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the wonderful centuries-old heritage sites and their history. I had no real idea about their ancient cultures. They clearly hold a high respect for these symbols of their long history. All sites were well-kept and clean, the museums very well curated. I found the Pakistani people friendly, kind and genuinely warm and accepting of us foreigners. While the bus trip from Islamabad to the Hunza region through the Karakoram highway was rather long, it offered the opportunity to observe the regions and landscapes. The Hunza region completely captured my heart. I’ve done my share of traveling (to over 50 countries), but Hunza holds a certain magic that I had not experienced before. The combination of majestic snow-capped mountains, the river, poplar trees and apricot blossoms created a fairy-tale atmosphere. Everywhere you looked was a picture-perfect scene. But the additional ingredient that made the trip a memorable success was the Crossroads Adventure team. Their professionalism and attention to detail was not lost on us, and further, the care and warmth with which they attended to us was so special. - Thu· May 14th, 2025Everything was so amazing. I love every single moment about this trip. Flowers everywhere, the people were super friendly, prices were really cheap. And the food was quite good as well, not my taste in food but still so good and easy to eat. The views were spectacular. Definitely be back for Autumn. Much love from Vietnam ❤️.Show more
