  The company has good customer service- they respond quickly. Thanks Emily for all the work you’ve put into the tour. The tour was just as planned with good tour guides and well planned itineraries. Having All the transportation planned was great! I would certainly do this again.

  The tour was great! We liked the tour guides, though one was delayed because of a train accident. Their English was generally good, and one took us "off tour" to show us some of the hidden gems in her community; we liked that especially.

  Very pleasant trip! Appreciate our tour guides’ careful company. Mickey in Tokyo was very talkative, dedicated and able to take care of the elderly. Ana in kyoto was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Our flight was delayed. Agate took care of everything for us and made sure the tour went on smoothly. Excellent customer service. I can't wait to plan the next adventure with you.

  We were deeply impressed by the history and architecture of Japan. Guides are helpful, outstanding, tried their best to give us a wonderful experience. The schedule was a bit tight but reasonable, covering the most distinctive attractions. Thanks for making our trip a success.   We had a fantastic tour in Japan! Our guide Kaito was the best. We spent two days with him and he took us to visit mt. fuji, seneoji temple, Meiji Jungu shrine (my favorite), and a fish market. We got to taste so many wonderful foods in the market. Kaito often talked to our 9 year old son, which made him feel included. That was very good. We also ate the best Sushi with his help, fresh and delicious. We know that we can hardly have it when we return home. Kei-san was our guide in Kyoto. With him, we learned a lot about Japanese history and culture through visiting temples and shrines. He adapted to our needs flexibly and was very knowledgeable. Just one point, he looks a bit serious. The hotel accommodation in each city is good in locations, but it would be better if the rooms are larger for we are a family of 3. I am not complaining. You already did a great job!

  A very well rounded tour! Beautiful sceneries, interesting historic facts and legends, yummy food, and fantastic tour guides. We were able to explore the highlights of Mt. Fuji and Hakone, and we were fortunate with the weather. Everything was well organized. We customized this trip to add some free time and that was really a very smart idea. We have learned from the guide how to navigate the subway system and taken an adventurous day to travel independently in Tokyo. Thanks to the guide who offered us tips and advice. We had a very smooth day. All hotels were in 4 star level, good enough for tourists.

  We booked a private tour for our family of 4, and we had a great time on this tour. Yoko, our tour guide in Tokyo, was professional, considerate and very well informed. She always shared her knowledge excitingly to make our trip enjoyable. She also gave us tips to help us navigate the rest of our stay in Tokyo. Tomo is also a perfect tour guide in Kyoto & nara. She is a good photographer and offered to take photos for us along the way. Her English was not as good as Yoko, but that’s fine, no problem for us to understand. We had a free day in Osaka before leaving. The tour consultant Emily recommended some places to explore. The hotel is in a very convenient location, so it was easy for us to get around. All in all, I love Japan and I like Japan food, Sushi & Teppanyaki. This tour is highly recommended!

  The trip was satisfactory. In particular, the travel consultant of Agate Travel, experienced and easy-going, answered our questions all the time promptly (even when we were on the journey)! The local guides in Japan were also satisfying, always taking pains to explain the knowledge of the relevant attractions to us. Quite professional!
