- David· December 4th, 2024Our trek to the Annapurna Base Camp in early December 2024 was an unforgettable adventure, impeccably organized by Dil Gurung and his team. From the flights between Kathmandu and Pokhara and back to being picked up in Pokhara and meeting our guide and porter, renting sleeping bags and a duffle bag, every detail was handled flawlessly. Our knowledgeable guide, Iman Gurung, and our very strong porter, Laudi Gurung, were incredibly helpful and always there when we needed them. Especially on a day when we weren't feeling our best, they took great care of us. We thank Dil, Iman and Laudi for this amazing experience. If we come back to Nepal for another trip, we would be happy to do it with the same team!Show moreTrip date: December 2024
- TTTanya· July 25th, 2024Alpine Ramble and their team was phenomenal. However, Tour Radar was very difficult to work. The company took far too long to respond, did not communicate well, and did not follow through with their agreements. One example was insurance. I paid for insurance for two people. However, because I was waiting for the second person to confirm, they would not add the second person to the insurance and I was forced to pay for a second insurance plan.Show moreTrip date: July 2024
- Karl· December 28th, 2023Amazing experience. Not a frequent trekker/hiker i hopped on to this tour all by coincidence. Whole experience was beyond amazing and out of expectations. Price for value is amazing. It was $800usd includes everything from meals, trekking guides, porter, transportation, accommodation, just to name a few. All for 7-8 days what more can i ask for. (Porter:Gagan Shing)(Trekking guide: Jiten Rai) they are very kind and helping all the time, make sure you request for them! The trek itself was amazing, first 4 days were trekking around 15km per day, in winding jungles gorges. The fifth day was the highlight, we went from Himalaya to MBC and ABC. We saw glacier, mountains, even avalanche in a small scale. It wasnt the main season in late December but i can tell you it should be even better since there were fewer tourists and it would snow sometimes! It is also the driest season so weather is ALWAYS GOOD. It was cold for me as someone from Hong Kong, at sea level, roughly (-12 to -15) at night. But when youre surrounded by mountains ranges like that, you basically forget everything. Viewing sunrise and sunset were a must. See how the sun turns the white snowy mountains to orange in colour. Lastly, make sure you tip the porter cuz its all hard-work, he carries all your unnecessary belonging up to the ABC camp with you, with just normal sneakers. Make sure giving good tips as a way to support locals and businesses here. Himalayas is amazing, make sure you protect it on the way and try to create less garbage because the garbage handling system here is basically non existent, what you produce is going straight into the forest.Show moreTrip date: December 2023
- Ho Man· December 28th, 2023It is an unbelievable and rewarding experience for me to finish the ABC trek. I am gratefully appreciate my tourist guide Nir gurung and my porter Karn gurung. They are super helpful and caring. They are well-prepared for everything. Although it us a tough trip with many challenges, they always cheer me up and comfort me. The scene in ABC is speechless and magnificent. I sincerely recommend this trip to all of you!Show moreTrip date: December 2023

- NVNicolas· December 1st, 2023I’ve had a wonderful trip with this company. I booked the ABC (8days) trek, as a solo trekker. This company really cares about your needs and Dil (the owner), really has a warm heart. Do not hesitate to book your next Nepal trek with this company as I know I will do it again. The guide Arbit despite his young age was extremely helpful and patient and did everything expected and beyond. Alpine ramble really is a Gem and thanks to them I was able to realize a long time dream… reach Annapurna base camp! I can only tell about this itinerary but do not expect to stay in the nicest lodges. - Arron· October 15th, 2023I'm glad I chose the right company; it has become a beautiful time in my life that I will never forget. It's indescribable in words because I trekked the ABC with four of my friends together. Safety was my top priority, and they indeed delivered. They took excellent care of each one of us, ensuring we ate well and maintained good health. When my friends felt unwell, they reacted quickly and provided a solution, which reassured me because I knew we would be safe. They were more like friends than “guides” and “porters”. During the mountain climb, we got to know each other and shared stories and laughter, turning each day in the mountains into a remarkably ordinary and joyful experience. My friends and I had no issues with accommodation and food. Don't imagine staying in a hotel, where everything necessary for a good night's sleep was provided, and the food options were plentiful. I could feel their passion for preparing food. In the end, the biggest motivation between my friends and me was, 'Have you decided what to have for lunch?' Ps. Please try the Lemon honey ice; it was very refreshing. Pineapple juice, Ginger tea, and mint tea are all my favourite drinks. I'm also very grateful to Dil for handling everything well. During the busy season the responses might be slow, but rest assured and give them more patience that Dil will get back to your messages as soon as possible. He's a very kind, friendly, and responsible person. And trust me he will certainly handle your journey thoroughly for you. Lastly, I want to say that life is short, and safety is essential when we seek adventure. I am very thankful for Alpine Ramble's assistance and for creating a pleasant and unforgettable holiday for me and my friends. Watching the happiness of each of my friends, I am deeply moved. I know that life only offers one chance, and travelling and adventuring together is not easy. It might be just once in a lifetime, but the memories will last a lifetime. Thank you very much, Boss "Dil Gurung," for the warm welcome it made us fall in love with Nepal quickly, thanks for all the arrangements and all the documents you prepared and for leading the company so well. Thank you very much to our team guide "Ayush Gurung" (our big brother always told us to slow down or rest and drink more water) for taking care of each of us, helping us carry our bags when we were tired, and ensuring our well-being and safety and make us so happy. Thank you very much to our three heroes of porters: "Bhim," "Naraja," and "Anlish." Thank you for helping my friends when they needed it. I greatly respect and appreciate all of you. You are true heroes in my heart. Thank you and with much appreciation. तपाईंलाई धेरै धन्यवाद With all my love, Arron Liu “Happiness is only real, when shared.”-Christopher McCandlessShow moreAlpine Ramble Treks commented on this reviewDear Arron, Greetings! - Chris· October 15th, 2023First of all, Alpine Ramble has exceeded all my expectations, both during and after the trek. They truly do their very best to treat you like family. I can’t say enough good things about this company. As for the trek, itself, it was an amazing experience. My guide and porter were absolutely top notch. It seemed I was in awe of something, at every turn. The scenery and culture are wondrous. And, of course, the view at ABC is worth all the hard work you put in. If this is something you’re interested in, go for it! Alpine Ramble will help you, every step of the way.Show moreAlpine Ramble Treks commented on this reviewDear Chris, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your unique trekking experience with us; we hope to see you very soon in Nepal! - Samuel· July 30th, 2023It is very difficult to express in words the experiences lived during the 15 days that I had the privilege of being in Nepal and meeting and living with such friendly, pleasant, honest people who are always willing to help in every way necessary. Had an amazing and perfect experience with Alpine Ramble Treks! Our guide Sujal could not be better trained, prudent and experienced. Likewise Dil, a memorable human being and always willing to solve any problems with agility, patience and extremely captivating in personal relationships. The only thing I can cite as a regret is not doing more trekking with Alpine Ramble Treks and not staying longer in Nepal. From the first contact via email to the transfer to the airport, you will be fully supported by unforgettable people. If you go to Nepal, do not hesitate to explore this wonderful country with the ART team, you will undoubtedly be in the best company and with not only professionals, but a big and rewarding family. I recommend them I intend to return in 2024 for more challenging adventures, with ART, of course! Warm hugs.Show moreTrip date: December 2022
