Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu to Pokhara
You'll travel by bus through countryside with rivers and valleys, heading toward Pokhara Valley and Phewa Tal lake. Once you check in at your lakeside hotel, the afternoon and evening are yours to explore. Wander through Lakeside's shops and restaurants, grab a drink at one of the bars, or simply find a spot to watch the sunset over the mountains if you prefer to take it easy after traveling.

Pokhara to Ulleri
This morning you'll drive about 1.5 hours from Pokhara to Nayapul, where your trek officially begins. You'll walk through rice, millet, and maize fields before tackling 3,500 stone steps that climb up to Ulleri at 2,073m/6,802ft. It's a steep and demanding day, but the effort pays off as you move higher into the Annapurna foothills.

Ulleri to Ghorepani
From Ulleri, you'll trek toward Ghorepani at 2,856m/9,370ft, one of the Annapurna region's most popular towns. The route takes you through oak and rhododendron forests as you climb. After arriving and settling into your lodge, you'll prepare for an early morning ahead and get some rest.

Landmarks/POIs Banthanti Ghorepani - Day 4
Ghorepani to Tadapani via Poon Hill
You'll start before dawn to reach Poon Hill for sunrise. The viewpoint offers views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, Nilgiri, and other major peaks as light spreads across the mountains. After sunrise and taking photos, you'll head back to Ghorepani for breakfast, then continue trekking to Tadapani along the scenic Deurali trail.

Tadapani to Ghandruk
Today's trek is less demanding than previous days. You'll walk through oak and rhododendron forests with wildflowers dotting the trail, making your way to Ghandruk. This village is the second-largest Gurung settlement in Nepal with about 4,748 residents. You'll see distinctive slate-tiled roofs, stone walls, a museum, and a Buddhist monastery, plus views of Annapurna South and Machapuchare.

Ghandruk to Pokhara
You'll descend from Ghandruk past several teahouses, then follow a stony trail with terraced farmland nearby. The path takes you alongside the Modi Khola river before reaching Birethanti. From there, you'll drive back to Pokhara, where you can rest and recover after finishing your trek.

Pokhara to Kathmandu
You'll head back to Kathmandu by bus or private vehicle depending on your group size. Upon arriving in Kathmandu, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Thamel, the main tourist area, bringing your trekking adventure to a close.
