Itinerary
- Day 1
Hubli to Badami
You'll get picked up at Hubli airport and head out on a 140-kilometer drive toward Badami. First stop is Lakkundi, where you can walk through ancient temple ruins and check out the step wells with their detailed carvings. From there, you'll swing by Gadag to see the Trikuteshwara Temple before arriving in Badami. Once you get there, you'll check into your hotel and settle in for the night.

- Day 2
Pattadakkal - Aihole
After grabbing breakfast, you'll explore Badami's rock-cut cave temples that feature intricate carvings, and then head up to Badami Fort on the hilltop for the panoramic views. Next, you'll drive to Pattadakkal, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site with 7th and 8th century Hindu and Jain temples including Virupaksha and Sangameshwara. Later in the afternoon, you're off to Aihole to see over 125 Chalukyan temples and monuments like the Durga Temple and Lad Khan Temple. By evening you'll head back to your hotel in Badami.
