Our package is quoted with transfer from IGR Airport, not IGU. So if you don't want to pay any extra for this package, I would recommend booking a flight to IGR! In any case, if you find a better flight price arriving at IGU, I would recommend booking it and paying a little extra fee to have the transfer from it! For your first day, we recommend arriving after midday, due to your check-in is during the afternoon... But if you don't have a problem waiting in the lobby of the Hotel, you can arrive in the morning! Regarding the return flight, it should be departing from Iguazú after 2.00 pm!

What is the cancellation policy for this tour?

You can cancel the tour up to 50 days prior to the departure date with no fee and only the deposit of 10% will be forfeited. Cancellation within 50 days before the departure is subject to full cancellation fees.

Yes, you should take the option without airfare on a single basis. Yes, we have included the transfers from Foz do Iguaçu Airport. This tour includes two excursion days and one day at leisure. If you'd like to have the last day at leisure, you should arrive in Foz do Iguaçu before 11 AM on day one so we can pick you up and ensure you're ready for the first excursion to the falls. Yes, when crossing the border during the excursion, our guide will accompany you through the border crossing process.

You'll land at Iguazu Airport and get transferred to your 4-star hotel. Once you're settled in, the rest of the day is yours to do as you like. Our Trip was fantastic except for the fact that when we returned to Buenos Aires AEP airport our driver was at EZE airport. It took over an hour to communicate that our driver was at the wrong airport (over an hour away). We ended up taking a taxi to the Park Hyatt. Was informed by Signature Travel that Marilda would take care of a refund for our inconvenience but only received a bottle of wine in our room. This did not cover our cost and inconvenience.

Tour was ok but poor communication between Tour Radar to Signature Tour and to Sol Iguasu. We had no idea why we ended up with sol iguasu agent which tour radar did not mentioned at all. I guess Tour Radar subcontracted our package to Signature Tour in Buenos Aires and Signature Tour subcontracted to Sol Iguasu. Turned out that no one picked us up at iguasu airport and we had no idea which hotel we supposed to stay!! No emergency contact phone numbers and we don't speak Spanish, sitting at the airport in panic mode. Luckily taxi coordinator at iguasu airport speak little English, helped us to call Signature Tour in BA and they finally dispatched someone to pick us up

  Domestic flights are not included in the rate, but you can choose the option to include them in the rate. And regarding your question, yes, we include direct non-stop flights. Luggage allowance is a carry-on of 8 kg per person. A checked bag is not included. Brazil requires a visa for citizens from the US, Australia & Canada. So, if your nationality is one of the indicated, you will need to request a Visa to be able to visit Brazilian falls. In case you do not want to request a Visa, we can customize the tour and change the excursion to the Brazilian side to another one on the Argentine side, or just discount the cost of the excursion to the Brazilian side. Yes, the boat tour can be included during the visit to the Argentine side of the falls. It takes around an hour.

If your flight departs in the afternoon, you can check out and stay at the hotel or store your luggage there while you wait for the transfer. If you are unable to arrive before midday on day one, the excursion to the Brazilian side will take place on day three, and your departure flight to São Paulo should be after 3:00 PM. In this case, you can store your luggage on the bus, or the National Park offers a storage service for an additional cost.
