Arrival
You'll be picked up at the airport and taken directly to your hotel. Your guide will go over the tour details with you and give you all your travel documents. After settling in, you'll have dinner at the hotel and spend the night there.

Antananarivo to Ifaty
After breakfast, you're heading to the airport for a flight down to Tulear. Once you land, your guide and driver will be waiting. From there it's about a 35 km drive north to Ifaty, a small fishing village where you'll check in for the night.

- Day 3
Ifaty
This is your day to do whatever appeals to you in Ifaty. If water activities interest you, try a speedboat trip, ride in a traditional pirogue, go trolling fishing, water ski, snorkel, or dive. Prefer land based activities? Take a zebu cart through the dry forest to see baobabs and plants found nowhere else, or just relax on the beach and talk with locals. Lunch and dinner are covered, and you'll sleep at the hotel.

Landmarks/POIs Ranobe Lagoon - Day 4
Ifaty to Ranohira
After breakfast, you're traveling from Ifaty toward Ranohira with a stop in Tulear to see the museum. The drive follows the RN7 highway where you'll see the distinctive wooden-carved tombs belonging to the Mahafaly and Antandroy people, along with herds of zebus, sheep, and goats. Later, stop at the Window of Isalo to catch the sunset over the rock formations. Lunch and dinner are included before you check into your hotel.

Landmarks/POIs Window of Isalo - Day 5
Isalo National Park
After breakfast, you'll spend the full day hiking through Isalo National Park with your guide. The trail takes you through canyons, past rock pools, and around uniquely shaped rocks. Start by swimming in a natural pool, then continue toward a picnic lunch near the Nymph Waterfall where you might see lemurs. From there, explore the black and blue pools before heading back to your hotel. Dinner is at the hotel, then you'll overnight there.

Landmarks/POIs Isalo National Park - Day 6
Ranohira to Fianarantsoa
After breakfast, you're traveling from Ranohira to Fianarantsoa, crossing terrain that gradually shifts from the arid south to highland landscape. Around mid-morning, you'll stop at Anja Reserve for about 90 minutes to walk through rocky formations and gallery forest while spotting ring-tailed lemurs. Lunch happens at the restaurant in Anja. Depending on the weather and timing, you might visit a zebu market, watch Antemoro paper-making, see local vineyards, or check out silk weaving workshops. You'll arrive in Fianarantsoa for dinner and overnight.

Fianarantsoa to Antsirabe
After breakfast, you'll explore Fianarantsoa, then around 10 am head toward Antsirabe with a few stops along the way to see the local area. You'll stop in Ambositra for lunch and visit Chez Victor's workshop to watch artisans do wood carving and marquetry work. By evening you'll reach Antsirabe, check into your hotel, have dinner, and settle in for the night.

Antsirabe to Antananarivo (Departure)
The morning starts with a tour of Antsirabe city where craftsmen make miniature bicycles, cars, and items from zebu horn. Next, go to Ambatolampy to see how aluminum pots and kitchenware are made. You'll drive through highland landscape with rice fields and traditional villages, stopping to appreciate the views and try local products. Later, head toward Antananarivo with an optional stop at the handicraft market for souvenirs. Check into a hotel near the airport for rest and a day room. Meet your team for a complimentary dinner, then transfer to the airport for your return flight.
