All the hotels were super, and we travelled in a very comfortable, new mini bus with a charming driver. Above all, we had the best tour guide of all time, Marko, whose knowledge of the history and politics of the region is extensive. At certain places, we also had local guides who were always punctual and knowledgeable. The administration of our tour was seamless, thanks to the highly professional, Ivona. There was nothing about the tour that we didn't like. We have travelled with many tour operators, but Balkan&more went the extra mile, and we certainly hope to travel with them again. The 8th of May departure is guaranteed in a Superior package, we already have booking for that date, so it will certainly run. All of our departures have a minimum of 1, meaning that if we have a booking, the tour is guaranteed. However, some dates do become unavailable throughout the season if we do not have anyone interested till few months before the departure, in which case, we would close the date for bookings. 8th of May will remain open for sure.

Currently, we do not offer shared group tours that cover both Hungary and Romania together. However, we can customize an itinerary that combines a private and shared basis and includes both countries. I can confirm that entry tickets to Pele Castle are always included, even during the off-season. Unfortunately, visiting the Merry Cemetery would not be possible as part of our shared tours, as it lies quite far off our standard routes.
